Teilen
Impressive guitarist, talented songwriter, idiosyncratic singer - Eagles longtime member (1975-1980 and since 1994) Joe Walsh turns 75. He started his career with The Measles, became frontman of the James Gang in 1968, left the group in 1971, founded Barnstorm (two albums, however, released under Joe Walsh) and finally joined the Eagles in 1975. Already in 1973, parallel to the band activities, Walsh had started his solo career, which he maintained, sometimes with great intervals, until 2012. Walsh played with the Australian Party Boys, Ringo Starr & His All Starr Band, with Herbs, belonged to the short-lived souper group The Best and was a guest musician on countless albums by fellow musicians.
