ALBEN-VEREDLER: STEVE HOWE WIRD 75
Teilen
Of course, guitarist Steve Howe is best known for his long affiliation with the group Yes (with interruptions since 1970). He also achieved superstar status with Asia (founding member in 1981 and with longer interruptions until 2013). In addition, he refined songs of some big names with his guitar playing. For example, he played the fascinating flamenco guitar solo in Queen's "Innuendo" (1991), helped the Bee Gees on "Size Isn't Everything" (1993), played for Nektar, Fish, Rick Wakeman, Dream Theater, Propaganda and was part of the unique band GTR, which existed for only two years and released an outstanding self-titled album in 1986. With this enumeration the work of the guitarist is by no means complete. And even if you add his work with Frankie Goes To Hollywood, The Syndicats, his solo albums or the project Anderson Bruford, Wakeman Howe is not counted to his output.
