In 1966, Sheila Ferguson joined the Soul formation The Three Degrees, formed in 1963, and stayed until 1986, co-singing the trio's most successful albums and appearing in their biggest hits ("TSOP (The Sound of Philadelphia)" with MFSB 1974 USA #1; "When Will I See You Again," 1974, USA #2). After she left, Ferguson first withdrew from show business, but became more active again from the nineties, releasing songs, acting in theater, appearing in Rock musicals, doing television and working as an author.
