Weir veröffentlichte Solo-Alben, spielte bei Kingfish, betrieb die Gruppe Bobby & The Midnites, veröffentlichte Platten unter dem Banner RatDog, Wolf Bros und machte gemeinsame Sache mit dem Jazz-Rocker Rolf Wassermann. Am 16. Oktober wird Bob Weir 75 Jahre alt.
