He was part of the founding lineup of the British Progressive Rock band East of Eden in 1967, playing violin, flute and saxophone until 1973: Dave Arbus. His art can be heard on the top ten single “Jig-A-Jig“ (1970), among others. Even more famous is his contribution to The Whos “Baba O'Reilly“ (1971). He also played live for The Who, was featured on solo work by Roger Daltrey, and initiated the 1997 East of Eden reunion.
