AC/DC-RÖHRE BRIAN JOHNSON WURDE 75
- Oct 06, 2022
Brian Johnson, der am 5. Oktober 75 Jahre alt wurde, hat den Sound von AC/DC durch seinen speziellen gepressten Gesangsstil deutlich geprägt.
In the early days of his career he actually sang stuff from the musical "Hair" and belonged to bands called Gobi Desert Canoe Club, Fresh or Jasper Hart Band. With their official founding month - February 1972 - Brian Johnson also belonged to the Hard Rock formation Geordie. This band had a rough style, but for a short time it was moved close to Glam Rock when it had two small hits in the UK with "All Because Of You" and "Can You Do It" in 1973. In 1980, he joined AC/DC for the late Bon Scott. The Heavy Rock formation produced with him as frontman in BACK IN BLACK one of the best-selling Rock albums of all time that same year. In 2016, Brian Johnson had to take a break for health reasons and was surprisingly adequately represented by Guns N' Roses singer Axl Rose for live activities. Since 2018, he is back with the band.
Brian Johnson, who turns 75 on October 5, has clearly shaped the sound of AC/DC with his special pressed vocal style.
